STEVEN OHREN
PARTNER & PRESIDENT

Steven Ohren formed Pacifica in 1982 with his business partner Steve Leonard. The firm acquired and managed several million square feet of commercial space in the Los Angeles Basin over the next decade. After an ownership restructuring in 1994, Mr. Ohren assumed the position of President of Pacifica Capital Group while Steve Leonard assumed the position of President of Pacifica Holding Company in Denver. Pacifica Capital Group's businesses include commercial real estate investment, property management and full service brokerage (through Pacifica's sister firm Leonard & Ohren).

Steven Ohren was the top producing broker in the LAX/South Bay marketplace for Stuart Klabin & Company from 1978 through 1981. He specialized in large industrial and office transactions and represented several of the large aerospace companies in the area. Mr. Ohren successfully completed over 5,000,000 square feet of transactions during his years as a real estate broker.

ANDY CARPIAC
PARTNER - ACQUISITIONS & ASSET MANAGEMENT

Andy Carpiac joined Pacifica Capital Group in 1997 and specializes in property acquisition/disposition, development and asset management. Mr. Carpiac has a background in commercial property brokerage, property management and finance. Mr. Carpiac graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a degree in Business/Economics.

CLIFFORD W. LORD, JR.
PARTNER -
ACQUISITIONS & ASSET MANAGEMENT

Kip Lord has been active in commercial real estate since 1985 serving as an officer of Hollingsworth & Lord, Inc., a real estate investment and mortgage banking company. Mr. Lord has been associated with affiliates of Pacifica Capital Group since 1991 and has served as a Vice President and Partner of Pacifica Capital Group since 1996 where his responsibilities are in the areas of acquisition, investment and management of the Los Angeles and Spain portfolios. Mr. Lord received his master's degree from The American Graduate School (Thunderbird) and received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles - Santa Barbara. Mr. Lord is currently located in Madrid, Spain, where he runs the Pacifica Capital Gestion operation alongside Sr. Alvaro de la Huerta.

STEVE LEONARD
PARTNER (semi-retired)

Steve Leonard has been active in commercial real estate in Southern California and Colorado since 1977. In 1982 Mr. Leonard and Mr. Ohren formed the Pacifica brand. In 1990 Mr. Leonard and Mr. Ohren formed Pacifica Holding Company in Denver where Mr. Leonard lived until 1996. Pacifica Holding Company assembled a portfolio of office, industrial and retail properties totaling over 8 million square feet. Mr. Leonard graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1976. Mr. Leonard is the founding Chairman for Brokers for Battered Kids in Denver and was a member of the Board of Directors for NAIOP in 1994/1995. Mr. Leonard currently lives in Rancho Santa Fe and spends the majority of his time running Pacifica Capital Investments, a money management firm.


DAVID L. DIXON
PARTNER - ACQUISITIONS, DEVELOPMENT & ASSET MANAGEMENT

David Dixon joined Pacifica Capital Group in 2003 and specializes in property acquisition, development, and asset management of hotels and other lifestyle related projects. Prior to joining Pacifica Mr. Dixon was a Vice President in the New York and London offices of Goldman, Sachs & Co. where he dedicated 9 years as a top-ranked executive in fixed income sales and trading. David specialized in the marketing, trading, and placement of complex debt instruments, routinely working on multi-million and billion dollar transactions for some of the world's largest corporations. Mr. Dixon graduated with honors from Lafayette College in Pennsylvania with a degree in political science and a concentration in economics and business.
